1. Products and Pricing
All products listed on Giftaana.com, along with their descriptions and prices, may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.
For items such as flowers, cakes, and express delivery products, the delivered product may slightly differ from the images shown on the website. Images are for illustration purposes only.
All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, Giftaana reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or higher value.
In case any product is listed with incorrect pricing or incorrect information due to system or typographical errors, we will inform the customer. If payment has already been made for an order later canceled by us, Giftaana.com will initiate a refund.
2. Orders & Acceptance of Orders
Orders on Giftaana.com can only be placed online. Once the customer completes the payment, the order processing and delivery workflow begins.
At the time of placing the order, customers must provide accurate delivery details including:
· Recipient’s Name
· Complete Address
· Mobile Number
Orders are accepted only after Giftaana sends the shipping confirmation email.
Additional delivery charges may apply for special delivery options such as same-day, express, next-day, or midnight deliveries.
We accept orders only for delivery in the locations listed on our website.

3. Payment Terms
For each product ordered, the customer agrees to pay the listed price and any additional charges for special delivery services (next-day, same-day, or midnight).
Payments made during order placement are eligible for refunds only on valid cancellations as per our cancellation and refund policy.
We accept online payments through major payment modes including:
· Credit/Debit Cards
· Net Banking
· UPI
· Digital Wallets (Paytm, Phone pay, Google pay, etc.)
Order processing begins only after payment is successfully received by Giftaana.com.
4. Substitution Policy
At times, substitutions may be required for products such as flowers, cakes, or other perishable items due to regional or short-term availability issues. Our team ensures that the substituted product matches the original in style, design, theme, and value—and may be of equal or higher value.

6. Methods of Placing Orders
· Online: Customers can place orders at Giftaana.com and make payments through the available online methods.
· Offline: Orders can also be placed by contacting our customer support team.
7. Duplicate Orders
If you have mistakenly placed the same order more than once, please contact us immediately. A full refund will be provided for the duplicate order if it has not been processed or shipped.
If duplicate orders are detected from our side and the customer is unreachable, Giftaana will take the appropriate decision on your behalf.
8. Exchanges
Giftaana does not accept product exchanges under any circumstances.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product delivered is damaged or
defective, you must inform us within 24
hours of delivery.

Please send photos of the damaged product for verification. After review, we will either:
· Send a replacement product, or
· Refund the paid amount.
If a refund is approved, it will take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
10. Order-Related Emails
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with all order details including the order number.
Once the order is delivered, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation email from Giftaana.com.
